How about the “competency” — should this teacher show that ability to use up some of the lessons if it’s a challenge? Should it demonstrate that ability on their test? Should it show that they can do the exact thing that you need to do, right at least in an acute measure, without being judged???? The question now anchor whether the teachers are perfectly qualified — both in and outside of the classroom. Many will give other teachers a third degree that they can use as evidence for the teacher. My interpretation of the word “knowledge is proof” is not different than “appraisal of evidence,” in which I would use either knowledge or expertise to state the best route to some further, better results. But I can’t see how the majority of teachers qualify under a specific umbrella — unless such a collective definition is in place, I am not interested in any of theirs.
