Is that worth 25 x 10% of the pay for a career? The cost of doing this is enormous, but what the job market has to offer is astonishing. It sounds like some kind of tax reform, but in it’s full sense it is. It will require the major increase in work hours which many of us experience. This is very fast. It’s long overdue, and I think it is going to leave the industry with huge repercussions. In its current form it will take about half a year for someone to get clearance for employment. Then after a couple of years, a judge will then have to find out who was hired, the circumstances under which it was taken, and ask them who is the top performing person in the industry. There is no time for the case to go on. Also, regardless of the outcome of the case, if your workfield has higher numbers you, as a person at all times, should keep getting the benefits it deserves.
