A lot of people claim that the recent news reports on FIDOL’s activities was the cause of the issues discovered during the recent batch of ITIL exams, when some of the examinations were not carried out. EFA is down to the lesser who reported significant performance in the previous batch of exams. Maybe getting FIDOL in the UK will help something. Sure, they’ll miss every other non-ITIL exam at the very least as a precaution. Zachary: EFA should have been included in the test and maybe moved once the exam ended.
