Candidates who will be preparing to take the MBE exam need to have a firm understanding of how to read documents using html and CSS. These concepts are at the core of any professional website and play a crucial role when creating new web pages. If you think you may not have enough knowledge about these two design elements, then a good course is the one to choose.
Students who successfully complete this course and expect to successfully pass the exam are looking to prove fundamental programming skills using html and css. Prior to taking the exam, candidates must have a strong foundation of knowledge in these areas. They should also have taken classes in functional skills, object oriented programming and basic computer skills. Many students are surprised by the complexity of creating dynamic web pages using Microsoft Share Point applications. If you were not aware that Share Point can run on a Windows server, then you must know now!
In order to successfully complete this program, you must focus on studying the course objectives. Although there is a lot to cover, you will be provided an overview of what exactly is expected from you. If you are not familiar with using html and css codes, then you should review the basics of how these work. There will be multiple examples in class that will allow you to practice what you learned in class. You must ensure that you understand how each web page is constructed.
The course is divided into four main sections which include introduction to programming using html and css, working with Microsoft SharePoint, building a business park, and learning how to manage the project. Throughout each of the four sections, you will be given multiple assignment formats. These assignment formats will include group projects, testing, manual audits, and final exams. As mentioned earlier, each of these sections will require you to complete a set number of assignments before moving to the next section. During your first day in class, you will be provided with brief instructions on what to do. If you do not understand anything, you can ask your instructor for clarification.
Throughout the four day course, you will be taught about using Microsoft SharePoint, how to create documents using Microsoft Word, how to build a business park, and how to manage the project. Throughout the MTA website, you will also be able to review the topics in detail. When you review the topics in detail, you will be able to determine if the topic is the same as in your textbook or if you need to review the course again.
Once you have reviewed the course, you will need to study and complete at least one project or the assignments within each section. The project assignment for each section will cover a specific topic that will help you prepare for the certification exam. For example, in class, you will learn how to create a table in Microsoft Word. In section I, you will be given a copy of an example Word document that contains the table. Once you have completed the project, you will be able to use the model to prepare for the exam. You can review the site map in section c and the CSS layout in section d.
Once you have finished the MTA Introduction to Programming Using HTML and CSS, you will be able to apply what you have learned throughout the course to the exam. The exam includes two sections: an examination and an evaluation. You will be able to complete both sections within forty-five minutes.
