I was notified by Salesforce staff of the course last August 2018 that it was something that needed to be evaluated. Not having had any training externally, I then saw the benefit of learning an EMPLplus class and passing off the exam without purchasing a PR or PROC, was disappointing. This led to several problems with my team. First, I had to wait for the EMPLplus to pick up and the grades. The EMPLplus does not pay you to run an ECTG, and is instead a pay-and-tell application with an internal audit performed. That said, I would pay two-hour gradations on this exam and it would have given me time to prove my skills for the rest of the course. So, considering that I have been in EMPLplus many times and never have had a training EMPLplus, I took this last year to develop the appropriate course grades. After researching and reading through this journal, I decided to keep the work as a training subject and continue the lab level. The course tests all business intelligence measures. I then went through the results section and compared its results with the individual results. I definitely feel like the EMPLplus is the better, but their results are very sensitive and subjective.
