Can I hire someone who has experience with SCRUM certification exams? Anybody can do it either at SCRUM or PhD degree level with a proven faculty/staff level. With a faculty/staff level of 1 – 200, most would be qualified to do it. Is there a way to get a higher quality of testing done (SRI) not by SCRUM standards but by any other department/certification level. In the past I have seen schools like Fertile Labs and Radwold or similar groups that don’t put enough homework time to be accepted into such programs. I have read started a postgraduate program in mathematics at Radwold but haven’t had the chance to learn about these groups at home yet. My school can host over 150 courses that put you well ahead of others. However, the student progress rate is low here due to the academic demands included in them.
