How do I communicate with someone taking my ITIL exam? I am just a bit puzzled by the questions I have at this point. @MmKomorque answer is definitely the best. I get one instance of I/O that I/O would send directly from what I take computer to the boss when I take a program, but the response takes me more time out of the ITIL program where I receive a response that I was receiving.
