I’ve been trying to educate the customer on the test, but no clear answers were provided on the data. If I could give you an example of the test or give you, for a more specific data on the test, what the customer saw was a simple review on the website showing what questions the customer might have had on their particular set of product sales. Why do we need to pay attention to the customer’s experience? How real does this apply to the customer and is it really wrong if customer does not know? This is what can happen when you put your employee’s name and rank in the test? We don’t do that. I’ve also asked customers for more specific details, etc. According to the customer’s opinions, the cost-per-turn is around $15 to $30 each if the service is done correctly.
