How do I make sure the person I hire does not use unethical tactics on my Oracle exam? I’m in the middle of my practice trying to get my customers to sign up via an ad network and getting people to sign up. I’ve found some people on the net who use such a strategy and they talk about the costs that they may incur if they hire people that use illegal tactics to get their students to sign up. I’ve looked at the posted thread and i’m not sure what advice I could use to make sure this is effective in practice but I’d appreciate any other insights into the subject.
