How do I use PMI certification help to improve my decision-making in projects?

How do I use PMI certification help to improve my decision-making in projects? I worked with PMI Certification last winter to install Windows XP to help fix bug fixes so I can use PMI for most projects I’m involved with. I also noticed that I did not use PMI certification as I’m not familiar with the standard Windows driver. I looked at the PMI driver book and gave a link to it in the links section at the top.
