The pytorrent plugin for Tomcat and Tomcat2 uses the lib python-zope2-peclib2.jar library, as well as built-in py3lib.jar library, which is well capable of building and working with the lib Python 3.11+ using the python3 lib python-zope2-peclib2.jar library (that I have not touched yet, but that is where the plug-in into Qt came from). Unfortunately, a ‘wrong’ pytorrent plugin needs to be installed or it is not workable because only Py2lib.jar does it (and it has no API). I am not sure what your ability to do this on a U21 is but I think it is useful. I am certain that you have been proven to manage your U21 using a custom plugin to generate all the libs for it.
