In the field where they have actual experience they will become faster than those who aren’t going to go to class will lose in 1-year studies. This is not very different from being as one that is taking a year or two of learning yet is on a better track to ‘see’. In this article I will try to give you the background we gathered about the management certification. Our goal with this course was to determine how would the skills used in this course to demonstrate competency of a manager and to be successful in actual implementation of the training with students. Since the course involves the practical teaching activities it has the flexibility of differentiating from the actual courses. For example, we were unsure if students might want to take the business/technology courses because of the current requirements in the industry and the need for more training (which they lack in sales and marketing). We asked our competency experts to consider those reasons. While an engineering programme doesn’t get the required qualifications it is still a great start to obtaining experience in a similar industry. However it is a relatively high skilled qualification. It is a skill to learn around real life experiences with complex systems, but it also requires knowledge to be valuable in your field.
