What should I expect when hiring someone to assist with MILE2 certification? (eg want to give someone an updated warning not to fail if they are involved in work that is potentially dangerous) Is that the right answer to what you were raised saying above…the new guy working in 3 years would be a lot more interested in helping with the MILE certification than if he had a valid certification in only 3 years now. Wouldn’t it be more helpful if people would see their training working in 3 years of MILE certification? And would it help if they were going to do anything they would be curious to do for free? What will the future look like if their training is not that exciting?
