The first thing that a test taker should do before sitting for any type of examination is to familiarize him or herself with the entire process. This means that the test-taker should know how to create a word document, how to view the resulting file and how to make any grammatical, typographical and syntactical errors. By knowing the different formats in which a word processor works, a test taker can familiarize himself or herself with the entire process. Familiarizing oneself with Microsoft Word is important because it is the program that is opened when people open a word document.
In the “My Microsoft Word” program, there is a button labeled “Tools”. On the tools menu, click on the word document tab. The following sub-tabs are available:
On the test page, choose “New” and enter a name for the document that you want created. Enter a description as well, including the date you would like the test page to be. The test page can be corrected using the tools available. If there are any mistakes on the test page, the entire document can be re-created.
There are a number of options for font styles on the test page. If your choice of font is not found on the test page, then the entire document can be redone. You may even add some special effects to the test page.
Once you have completed the test page and corrected any errors, the next step is to create the final presentation. Open the Microsoft Word application and click “epad” to open the document. Use the arrow keys to create a text box and fill in the names of the documents that you would like to include on the test page. Once the text box is filled in completely, click “epad” again to save your document. It is important to save the file as a PDF file.
You will receive a message that advises you that the PDF file you saved is not ready to be used. If you do not know how to correctly use the PDF file, this can be rectified prior to printing the document. To print the PDF file, you will need to open the printer’s page-printer, select “print” from the menu, and select “ption” from the pop up menu.
The third and final step is to enter a name for the PDF file. Enter whatever name you have chosen as the file name, including the dot when making a dot within a folder name or the period when making a period in a folder name. Click “Print” to print the document. You should then save your file as a PDF. Your completed document is now ready for indexing and printing.
If any of the steps in this article do not work, you should check with the manufacturer of your software or hardware for instructions on how to complete the task. You may need to contact the vendor for instructions in order to get your exam scores back. If you are unable to find instructions, the manufacturer may be able to assist you with instructions on how to complete the task. Instructions will usually include screenshots of the entire test page.
A word document is not the only format that can be uploaded into a PDF. Other formats, such as Microsoft Word or Excel, will also work. In this case, you would use your software’s test page in order to create the PDF. Once you have completed your test, you will need to save your exam results. You will need to do this in the same manner that you would save any other exam results. Simply save the PDF and you are done.
It is important to remember that a PDF document creation from a Word file does not use the same kind of testing that a test essay would. Therefore, if you have written a whole class document, which contains many paragraphs and many sentences, you will likely do better on the exam than a test essay, which consists solely of text. If there are any supporting documents, such as handwritten notes, that accompany your test, they should not be included in your test because they will slow down the process.
If you are planning to take the exam in October, it is still not too late to create your own test documents. If you use your Word program, you should not have a problem creating the documents that you will need for the exam. Of course, you will want to make sure that you have the most recent version of all of your programs installed, in order to ensure that the documents are created with the latest features.
